Slow and Steady?

Third week in a row of losing just under a half pound…not great, but at least I am going in the right direction.

Weight Change: -0.4 from previous record; +3.7 from initial 

Last Week’s Goals: (6 of 8! Continuing to improve)

Water: Failed!  Drink an average of 24 ounces/day this week…this was attempt #3 and I only managed 19.

Hooping: Completed!  Hoop an average of 6 min/per day

Nutrition: Completed! Eat 4 fruit/veggie snacks this week…

Motivation: Completed! Post to HCR twice.

Education: Completed! Add the list of “foods you should eat everyday” to the snack db.

Exercise: Failed! Yoga average 5 min/day…attempt 3…my problem seems to be on the weekend since I am so busy

Steps: Completed! Achieve an average of 5,000 steps/day

Spark Points: Completed! Earn 35 points on sparkpeople.

This Week’s Goals…

Water:  Drink an average of 24 ounces/day this week…Attempt #4

Hooping: Hoop an average of 7 min/day

Nutrition: Eat something from the list of “foods you should eat daily” twice

Motivation: Post to HCR twice

Education: Buy ingredients for healthy smoothies

Exercise: Yoga for an average of 5 min/day…Attempt 3

Steps: Achieve an average of 5,500 steps/day

Spark Points: Earn 45 points on sparkpeople.
