Off to a Slow Start

The health goals didn’t quite go as planned last week…and here I am posting a day late….and I gained 4lbs (holy fluctuation, batman). But, I did complete *some* goals and I at least thought about the others, lol. Counts for something right?

Weight Change: +4 from previous record; +4.9 from initial (Back to gaining again…sigh…)

Completed Goals this Week:

Water: Drink an average of 16 ounces/day this week

Steps: Remember to put my pedometer on at least 3 days.

Goals for this Week:

Water: Drink an average of 24 ounces/day this week

Hooping: Hoop an average of 5 min/per day

Nutrition: Eat 3 fruit/veggie snacks this week

Motivation: Work the completion of health goals into my daily to-do spreadsheet

Education: Get re-acquainted with sparkpeople

Exercise: Wii fit average 5 min/day

Steps: Achieve an average of 4,000 steps/day
