Motivational Something

Yesterday did not go according to plan at all. Yesterday was annoying. So here is the motivational Monday update, just on Tuesday.

Goals completed last week (2/7):

– Use the Wii Fit for 15 minutes on 4 days (actually achieved 5 days)

– Calibrate my pedometer

Did not complete:

– Reading the new cook this/not that…

– Cook 1 meal from one of my healthy cooking resources (I planned 1 meal; but then forgot one ingredient at the store)

– Drink 32oz of water for 4 days

– Post in HCR group

– Hoop an average of 1 minute per day

 

Weight Change: -.7 from previous record; +3.2 from initial (well at least it didn’t go up this week!)

 

Goals this Week:

Nutrition: Cook 1 meal from one of my healthy cooking resources (attempt #2)

Water: Drink 32+ ounces of water for 4 days (attempt #3!)- The problem with this one has been tracking, but since I started using the pedometer a few days ago, I’ve been trying to update my health spreadsheet right before I go to bed each evening.

Exercise: Average 15 minutes per day (so if I don’t want to work out every day; I have to do more than 15 minutes)

Motivation: Post in the HCR group (attempt #2)

Education: Read the new Cook This, Not That book (attempt #2)

Steps: Record steps every day to get an average

Hooping: Hoop an average of 1 min/per day (attempt #2)

    There is nothing worse than cooking a meal and then realizing you don’t have one ingredient. But yeah for going OVER your Wii goal!
