Fast Break Goals Post #3

Okay…here is my final post for this week. I just did my end of the week wrap-up, and here is what happened.

Exercise Goal: Measure average # of steps on pedometer. I completed this. My daily average is 3194.

Nutritional Goal: Drink 8 8oz glasses of water per day. I failed at this, I drank and average of 6 glasses per day.

Motivational Goal: Post 3 times about my goals- for accountability. Completed once I publish this. 🙂

Weight Change: -.5

This weeks goals:

Exercise: Increase my steps per day to my average + 500. So, 3694.

Nutritional: Drink 7 glasses of water per day.

Motivational: Take a “Before” shot.

Educational: Read 10 pages of my SparkPeople book per day.

I’ll continue posting my progress each week, if I remember.
