I am going to start completing #34: Eat Breakfast Every Day for a Month on Saturday. We go grocery shopping on Friday, so I can pick up some items.

What counts as breakfast? I’m going to say I need to have a meal within two hours of me waking up. It usually takes me about an hour to get ready in the morning, so I will probably not eat it until after that. I’m not very hungry first thing in the morning anyway.

I need ideas for things that are quick, easy and either don’t have to be prepared ahead of time or I can make in advance (so nothing like oatmeal or other hot cereals). I also need to be able to take it on the road with me, so things like cereal are not ideal as I won’t have milk with me.

Ideas so far: apples, nutrigrain bars, bagels, corn bread/muffins
