What on Earth is an Opi?

It’s a fair question. But, I don’t really know the answer.

According to Wikipedia:

- A town in Italy

- A Nigerian musical instrument

- Office of Police Integrity

- Open Pre-press Interface

- Open Payment Intiative

- A Nail Polish Company

I am none of the things, but still I am Opi.

Opicana is my online identity. My first D&D character…which was…17 years ago?? Oh my gosh, when did I get so old?…anyway my first character was a hobbit named Opicana, “Opi” for short. Where did I get it from? The breakfast table. A container of “Tropicana” orange juice. Hey, I was in the 4th grade. I’ve used it as a alternate name for as long as I remember.

    Hey,
Finally a new post!! HeHe! About your WII Fit: Fitness and weightloss don’t necessarily go hand-in-hand. Toning and increasing muscle will help lose inches faster. Pure weightloss can come from just denying yourself sufficient calories to maintain that weight. One pound of fat takes up the same space as five pounds of fat. So unless you have greatly reduced your calorie consumption you may find your weight remains stable as you get more fit. One more thing: During winter, our bodies want to retain fat as insulation from the cold. Keep going into the spring and as the temps warm up you may find your body is more willing to release fat. So keep up the good work! I’m proud of you! Your rewards are coming in the future. (Sounds like a bad fortune cookie, doesn’t it??!)

    Hugs, Dad
