Yuck…

It’s lunch time.

Today, I was very excited to try out a new lunch dish from my grocery store. Healthy Choice’s “Fresh Mixes” were on sale, 2 for $5. I picked up 2…Sesame Teriyaki Chicken and Tuscan Style Chicken. Today, I tried the Sesame…and I think you can guess what I am about to say, based on the title.

I give a giant “boo!”. It sounds yummy…pineapples, water chestnuts, sesame seeds, teriyaki chicken, etc… The sauce was bland, and infected everything so it all had the same boring flavor. The sweet pineapple even fell victim to the sauce, and was flavorless. The chicken looked like the bits you find in your standard dog food…little brown bits, and they had a dry texture…

I will not be getting this again, and I hope the Tuscan Chicken is better!
