Harree Update!

((PS….Harree’s name is spelled with double “e”s but pronounced like “Harry”…so I frequently spell it in both ways, I apologize for that! His name matches his sister’s Dixee.))

We just got back from visiting Harree at the animal hospital. And much to my surprise Harree greeted me with his head held high!!!!!!!!!!!!!! (No more stiff neck)

I was SO SO happy and so glad I went to visit! He is almost 100% back to his old self. He definitely has a lot of his muscle strength back (not all, he still is showing a bit of weakness) and was acting completely normal (read: exploring the visiting room and trying to find ways to get into trouble). He was super affectionate, very alert, and had plenty of energy. His strength would indicate at least his potassium is back up to normal.

The next step will be to pick him up tomorrow morning and take him back to our vet for a reevaluation and some bloodwork.
